About Skaket Landing Condominiums

Skaket Landing Condominiums, a 29 unit complex, built in 1984 is located at 45 West Road in Orleans, MA. There are two model variations both offering two bedrooms. One style offers a first-floor bedroom and bath while the second style offers two large bedrooms on the second floor. The complex is primarily owner-occupied with restricted rental opportunities.

It is within walking distance of both Orleans downtown and Skaket Corners Shopping Plaza. An entrance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike-path is across the street, Rock Harbor is less than 2 miles and our beautiful Skaket Beach is a mile away.
